Making what I love stronger.

I love making things with people. I love sharing stories. I loved seeing people smile. I love children. I love watching moms take their kids to the library. I love hearing about people’s different experiences. I love watching joy light up a person’s face when they learn something new. I love learning new things too. I love traveling around Indy and meeting new people. I love sharing resources.

Village updates

The Village had a lot of visitors this week. It was great seeing people of all ages come out and visit and make pompoms and learn how to latch hook. I saw some return visitors at Wayne Branch Library–Jamiece and her daughter Courtney came by Wayne Branch Library and spent time with us again. I got to visit with Kate as well–thank you for hosting me during the Yarn Club! And finally, a group from the Lilly Foundation came by and really got a lot done really fast. It gives me a lot of hope seeing that kind of progress 🙂 Thank you all for being there and sharing such wonderful energy!

There were a lot of new visitors at Warren Branch Library as well. Whether people popped in for a couple minutes to see what’s going on, or stayed an hour to finish a large section of latch hook heart, the conversations and smiles were priceless.
